The original petition is filed, to direct the Court of the Munsiff, Thiruvananthapuram, to consider and dispose of O.S.No.2036/2016(Ext.P1) within a time frame.
Pursuant to the order dated 13.07.2022 passed by this Court, the learned Additional Munsiff-III, Thiruvananthapuram, by communication dated 16.07.2022, has informed this Court that the suit is listed for trial on 09.08.2022. The suit can be disposed of within a period of three months.
Heard; Sri. N.D.Arun Das, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
In the light of the pleadings and materials on record and after perusing the communication of the learned Munsiff, in exercise of the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court as under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, I direct the Court of the Additional Munsiff-III, Thiruvananthapuram, to consider and dispose of the O.S.No.2036/2016, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
The original petition is ordered accordingly.
