Judgment
Grievance in this application is against illegal operation of brick kiln Raria Brick Udyog in District Rewari.
From the record it is seen that the matter has already been dealt with by the Tribunal vide order dated 02.03.2023 in OA No. 69/2023, Vikram Singh v. State of Haryana, as follows:-
“1. Grievance in this application is against operation of brick kiln by Indra Singh s/o Prabhudayal in trade name of M/s Rariya Vikas Udyog, at Kanmajra Khadgawas, District Rewari, Haryana without requisite consent and in violation of siting norms. It is close to ITI and another educational institution and also the railway line.
The allegation needs to be looked into and remedial action taken in accordance with law by the District Magistrate, Rewari and Haryana State PCB.
The Application is disposed of.
A copy of this order along with the copy of the complaint be forwarded to the District Magistrate, Rewari and Haryana State PCB by email for compliance.”
In view of the above, no further order is necessary. The application is disposed of.
