Judgment
Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
Shri Sachin Chauhan, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the interim order was passed in favour of the applicant and against the respondents in the present OA, however, instead of complying with the directions of this Tribunal, the respondents have passed order dated 01.06.2021 vide which they have cancelled the candidature of the applicant and have also imposed a ban of 7 years upon the applicant in participating in the selection process. Shri Chauhan, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that in view of the above facts and circumstances, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present OA with liberty to him to file an appropriate OA in accordance with law.
Permission is granted. The OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant as aforesaid. Pending MA also stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
