Judgment

1.The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the Letter/order dt. 11.12.2019 (Annexure P-13) issued by respondent no. 1 by which the claim of petitioner has been rejected illegally, further for issuance a writ in nature of mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Assistant District Attorney (Group B) against one of three posts lying vacant due to non-joining of selected/recommended candidates, with all consequential benefits.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that in view of the reply filed by the respondents, he seeks withdrawal of the instant writ petition so as to file an appropriate petition, if so advised, to challenge the different clauses of the Haryana Civil Services (Executive Branch) and Allied Services and Other Common/Combined Examination Act, 2002 and the Rules.
Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-HPSC has no objection to the same.
Disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
