The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the action of the respondents, whereby the name of the petitioner has been deleted from the portal of Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited and replaced with similar set of contractual employee i.e. respondent No.4 and with a further prayer seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to register the petitioner at HKRNL portal immediately and deploy the petitioner as Multi Tasking Security Personnel (Job role of Level-II) in the office of respondent No.2 forthwith.

At the outset, learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 submitted that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the name of the petitioner has been restored and registered on the HKRNL portal and in addition to the above, even respondent No.4, who was recruited on contractual basis is no more working in the Market Committee. He further submitted that he has sought instructions from the respective department to state that in case any exigency arises for the purpose of seeking the services on the same post on which the petitioner was working then the Haryana State Agriculture Marketing Board will give preference to the petitioner over and above respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the specific statement and stand taken by learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2, the present writ petition may be disposed of accordingly.
