The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ, order or direction especially in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing impugned order dated 04.02.2013 (Annexure P-14) passed by respondent No.6, whereby the petitioner, who was working as a Driver under Referral Transport Scheme was suspended and further a writ in the nature of MANDAMUS directing respondent No.4 to consider the letter forwarded by respondent No.3 dated 19.06.2018 regarding completion of pending departmental inquiry against the petitioner and to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Driver.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from Ms. Bhawna, District Program Manager, submitted that now during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner is again working in the same Department under the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the aforesaid factual position so stated by the learned State counsel on instructions, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of accordingly.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
