Judgment
ORDER
Per: Mr. P. Madhavan, Judicial Member When the matter came up for consideration, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has received substantial amount and hence he is not pressing the O.A at this stage.
Hence, the O.A is dismissed as not pressed. The applicant is permitted to file representation, if necessary. No order as to costs.
