Perused the office submission and read the communication dated 21.4.2022 of the 2nd Additional Senior Civil Judge, Jamnagar forwarded by I/c. Principal District Judge, Jamnagar vide letter dated 22.4.2022.
The learned 2nd Additional Senior Civil Judge, Jamnagar has sought further time of six months to dispose of Special Civil Suit No. 131 of 2010 which was directed to be disposed of by this Court vide order dated 9.6.2021, as expeditiously as possible but not later than 31st December, 2021.
On 7.1.2022, this Court had extended the time to dispose of the Special Civil Suit No. 131 of 2010 till 30th April, 2022.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances the contents of the communication dated 21.4.2022 of the 2nd Additional Senior Civil Judge, Jamnagar, time to dispose of Special Civil Suit No. 131 of 2010 is extended till 30th September, 2022.
The Office submission is accordingly disposed of. The Court below be informed accordingly.
