Judgment
This is an application under Section 33(2) of IBC for passing an order for liquidation of the Corporate-debtor and to appoint Mr. Pankaj Khaitan as recommended by CoC in its second meeting held on 17.12.2019 as Liquidator of the company. In view of the submissions made and affidavit filed by Pankaj Khaitan the Tribunal has approved initiation of liquidation proceedings and the appointment of Pankaj Khaitan as Liquidator is confirmed. The Liquidator is directed to take the steps as per the provisions of law in force and file his quarterly report on time. Matter is adjourned to 15.10.2020.
Heard the submissions made by the Pankaj Khaitan RP (now confirmed as Liquidator). For the reasons stated in the application, IA No. 3011 of 2020 is allowed.
