Judgment
IA No. 2404 of 2020 for urgent hearing of the matter is allowed. The Learned Counsel for the Suspended Board of Directors is also present and submitted that they have received the copy of the application and they have no objection in the matter. The Learned Counsel for the Liquidator has submitted to the Tribunal that the CoC has approved, liquidation of the Corporate-debtor (In paper book page No. 84 to 26). The application praying for passing an order for liquidation of Corporate-debtor under Section 33(2) in terms of sub-clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of sub-section (1) (b) of Section 33 of the IBC, 2016 is allowed and Mr. Anup Kumar Resolution Professional having IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002-N00333/2017-18/10911 as Liquidator of the Corporate-debtor at feel as approved by the CoC. No other order is required to be passed at this stage of the matter. The Liquidator is directed to report the progress of the matter after three months and complete the liquidation process within the time prescribed under the law. Matter is adjourned to 14.10.2020.
