Judgment
Heard the submissions made by learned counsel for Resolution professional Mr. Yashu Gupta and he submitted that the Resolution Professional has complied with the Tribunal's order dated 28.02.2020 in respect of application seeking order of liquidation of the Corporate Debtor under Section 33 (2) of the IBC 2016. The counsel for the RP has also submitted that the CoC has approved the process of liquidation vide its meeting dated 08th February 2020. We have gone through the contents of the application and also having heard the submissions made by the counsel for the Resolution Professional, this Tribunal is of the view that it is in the interest of justice, the application for liquidation the Corporate Debtor is allowed and Mr. Braham Dutt Verma, Resolution Professional is appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation expenses has borne by the CoC and let the progress of the matter be reported after three months.
