Judgment
ORDER
This is the Application filed under Section 22(3) of the IBC for appointing M/s Mavent Restructuring Services LLP as Resolution Professional by replacing the IRP Mr. Kanti Mohan Rustagi. We have heard the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Applicant-Bank who is the sole CoC Member. She submits that the Registration number of the proposed RP is IBBI/IPE-0154/IPA-3/2023-24/50058 and the AFA is valid up to 31.12.2025. Having considered the submissions so made by the Ld. Counsel as well as the pleadings made in the Application, we hereby appoint M/s Mavent Restructuring Services LLP as Resolution Professional. The IRP Mr. Kanti Mohan Rustagi is directed to handover the control of the Corporate Debtor as well as related documents to the Resolution Professional so appointed. Accordingly, IA(I.B.C)/1644(CH)2025 stands allowed and disposed of.
