This is an Application seeking replacement of Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor. The replacement of RP has been recommended by CoC it its meeting held on 31.10.2025 with 100% voting. In this case CoC recommended Mr. Pathakasahsaram Raghunanthan Raman as RP. However as per the memo filed by the Applicant on 14.01.2026, it is stated that Mr. Pathukasahsaram Raghunanthan Raman has been suspended by IBBI. Therefore we appoint CA Sudhir GS, Registration No.IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P -02744/2022-2023/14183, AFA valid upto 31.12.2026 as RP with immediate effect and erstwhile RP is directed to hand over all the records related to the Corporate Debtor to the newly appointed RP within 7 days from the date of this order.
Accordingly, IA is allowed and disposed of.
