This application by Union of India has been filed for modification in the name of the original applicant, respondent in this application. It is stated that the name of the applicant -respondent is Kamala Kanta Hira whereas in the order passed in OA No.371/2020 dated 14th October, 2020, it has been wrongly shown as Kamal Kanta Hira. However, today during the course of hearing a FPO issued in pursuance to the orders passed by us on 14th October, 2020 has been produced and a perusal of the same goes to show that basic particulars and name of the person in whose favour the PPO has been issued is mentioned as Kamal Kanta Hira and not Kamala Kant Hira, as contended by the applicant in this application. That being so, as the respondents themselves (applicants herein) have issued the PPO mentioning the name of the applicant (respondent herein) as Kamal Kanta Hira,nothing further survives in this application.
MA stands disposed of.
MA 847/2021
In view of the orders passed in MA 837/2021 and PPO issued, this application has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
