Judgment
In pursuance of the objections taken by the respondents and the observations made by us during the course of hearing held on 04.01.2021 in OA 2017
of 2020, Shri Kadian, learned counsel, on instructions, informs us that the applicant’s name appears at Sl. No. 9 in O.A. No. 1978 of 2020 and he
seeks permission to withdraw his name from the said original application and prosecute the matter in this case i.e. O.A. No. 2017 of 2020, the prayer
is allowed. The name of the applicant appearing at Sl. No. 9 in O.A. No. 1978 of 2020 be deleted and the applicant is granted liberty to prosecute his
claim in O.A. No. 2017 of 2020. Necessary corrections be made in the cause-title in O.A. No. 1978 of 2020.
In O.A. No. 1978 of 2020, Notice has already been issued. As prayed by Ms. Kaushik, counsel for the respondents, four weeks’ time is granted
to file counter affidavit.
In O.A. No. 2017 of 2020, Notice be issued to the respondents, which is accepted by Shri Shyam Narayan, learned counsel for the respondents. He is
directed to seek instructions and file the counter affidavit within four weeks.
List the matters before the Principal Registrar on 13th September, 2021 for completion of pleadings and thereafter before the Roster Bench.
