Judgment
R.K. Merathia, J.—It is submitted that as the name of petitioner no. 2 has beendeleted, the defects may be ignored.
Accordingly, the defects are hereby ignored.
When the case was called out, Mr. Ranjan Kumar, learnedcounsel on the instructions of Mr. Ananda Sen, learned Counsel for the opposite partiesCentral Coalfields Limited, submitted that the order dated 12/06/2008, passed in WPS No. 3180/ 2007, has been complied by considering the petitioner''s claim and passing the appropriate reasoned order dated 22/07/2011 in accordance with law and a copy of which was served on the petitioner.
Mr. Ranjan Kumar, will hand over a copy of the said order to Mr. N.K.P.Sinha, learned Counsel for the petitioner in course of the day and he will also supply a copy of the same to the office for keeping on the records.
In the circumstances, this contempt petition is dropped with liberty to the petitioner to move before appropriate forum if she still has got a legal right.
