Judgment
ORDER
Counsels for both the parties are present. It has been submitted that Shri. Anant Merathia, Advocate may be appointed as Mediator in order to facilitate both the parties to resolve the dispute through mediation.
In view of the submissions of both the sides, Shri. Anant Merathia Advocate is hereby appointed as the Mediator with the direction to facilitate both the parties to resolve their dispute. The parties will pay the fee in equal proportion to the Mediator, which may be fixed on the basis of mutually agreed terms. The Counsel for the Corporate Debtor is directed to obtain the certified copy of this Order, and send to the Mediator for initiating the process of mediation after giving notice to both the sides. Both the sides are directed to assist the Mediator, by providing necessary documents and other informations. The Mediator shall file the report by first week of September 2019 before this Bench.
