Judgment
Heard Mr. P. Roy Barman, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr. K. Nath, learned counsel appearing for the appellants. Also heard Mr. D.R. Chowdhury, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr. S. Sarkar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
Considering the nature of the case, we deem it fit to appoint a Mediator since there are elements of settlement. In view of this, we appoint Mr. Tapas Debbarma, learned Advocate as Mediator to mediate the disputes between the parties. The Mediator shall be entitled to fees as per rule.
Both the parties are directed to appear before the Mediator at the High Court Mediation Centre on 31.05.2022 at 12:30 hours.
Place the record before the Mediator, High Court Mediation Centre before the date of mediation and the Mediator is requested to submit the report in sealed cover to the court on the next date.
List the matter on 24.06.2022.
Supply a copy of this order to Mr. Tapas Debbarma, learned counsel (Mediator) and the Secretary, High Court Mediation Centre in course of the day.
