Heard Sri D.Koteswara Rao, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Ms.Jampani Sridevi, Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner/Accused No.1 and Sri Soora Venkata Sai Nath, Ld. Special Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State.
Sri D.Koteswara Rao, Ld. Counsel appearing for the Petitioner/Accused No.1 has drawn the attention of this Court to various Orders passed by this Court granting Bail in respect of Accused Nos.7 & 8. Ld. Counsel appearing for the Petitioner/Accused No.1 also submits that in respect of Accused No.2 a coordinate Bench of this Hon’ble Court was pleased to grant Bail today. Presently this Bail Application is filed by the Accused No.1.
In view of the fact that several Accused (Accused Nos.2, 7 & 8) in the same case bearing FIR No.45 of 2022, dated 03.08.2023 has been granted Bail and that no special adverse circumstances have been pointed out by the Prosecution as against the present Applicant, this
Court is inclined to grant Bail to the Petitioner/Accused No.1 with the following conditions.
i) The Petitioner/Accused No.1 herein shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Ld. Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vinukonda, Guntur District.
ii) On release, the Petitioner/Accused No.1 shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e. on every Friday between 10.00 a.m. and 01.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
