O R D E R
Ld. Counsel appearing for the IRP present.
IA(I.B.C)/2183(KB)2024:
a. This IA has been filed by the Financial Creditor seeking the following reliefs:
“i.Issue necessary orders for appointing Mr. Raj Singhania having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00188/2017-18/10367 as Resolution Professional in place of the Interim Resolution Professional Mr. Avishek Gupta.
ii.Pass such other order/directions as the Tribunal may deem fit and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
b. This Tribunal granted the prayer made in the IA and though there is no objection from the Ld. Counsel appearing for the IRP, we deem it fit to change Mr. Avishek Gupta, IRP by Mr. Raj Singhania, RP.
c. Accordingly, this IA stands allowed and disposed of.
