Ld. IRP appears. Ld. Counsel for the Operational Creditor appears.

Ld. IRP submits that due to his ill health he is now wishing to continue as RP. Its is recorded. Therefore, appointment of IRP to RP is not confirmed. Operational Creditor is not proposing any other name to appoint as RP too.

Ganguly Street, 5th Floor, Suite No. 5E, Kolkata 700 012, having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P01722/2019-2020/12653, e-mail: [email protected], Mobile No. +91 90519 11377 is hereby appointed as Resolution Professional (RP). Registry is directed to intimate him accordingly. He is directed to submit his consent also. Registry is directed to intimate change of IRP to IBBI.

IRP is directed to hand over all records forthwith to the new RP. IRP is further directed to submit his fees and memo of cost with supporting documents forthwith to the RP. List it for filing further Progress Report on 23/03/2020.
