ORDER
IA No.667/2022:
This is an application filed by the RP seeking for his replacement, citing health reasons. Since the health reasons are cited, we allow this Application and hereby appoint Shri Karuchola Koteswara Rao having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-003/IP-N00039/2017-2018/10301, e-mail: kkraoirp[at]gmail[dot]com as Interim Resolution Professional on the same conditions and terms mentioned in our order appointing the RP Shri Ramachandra Rao Bikumalla. COC shall pay the dues of the RP till date the existing RP within One week from the date of this order. The existing RP shall hand over the records to the new RP appointed under this order forthwith. New RP shall immediately take charge and complete the CIRP within the fixed time lines.
Registry is directed to send copy of this order to the new RP appointed and COC, intimating the same. Accordingly, IA 667/2022, is allowed.
