This IA has been filed seeking for the following reliefs;
a. That Mr. Avishek Gupta, IRP be replaced with Mr. Vijender Sharma having IBBI Registration NO. IBBI/IPA-003/IP-N00003/2016-2017/10022 as the Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor herein.

We have heard the Ld. Counsel. We are satisfied that the prayer made in this IA should be allowed as sought for.
