Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Committee of Creditor in its 17th meeting unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Solvenza Advisory LLP Registration No. IBBI/IPE-0144/IPA-1/2022-23/ 50008 as Resolution Professional with 100% voting share.
After hearing the submissions of the counsel and upon going through the averments in the application and documents attached therein, we appoint Mr. Solvenza Advisory LLP as Resolution Professional having Registration No. IBBI/IPE-0144/IPA-1/2022-23/ 50008 in place of Mr. Prashant Jain.
With the above direction, the present Interlocutory Application bearing No. IA 115/2026 is allowed and stands disposed of.
