Learned counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, that the matter has been settled in between the parties amicably and the appellant does not wish to pursue the appeal any further. Submission is that permission may be granted to withdraw the appeal. It has also been pointed out that an application to that effect has also been filed.
This Commission has no comments to make upon the terms and conditions of the mutual settlement said to have been arrived at in between the partie
In the wake of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the first appeal and to their respective learned counsel as well as to the State Commission within three days from today. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission within three days.
