Learned counsel for the complainant further submits, on instructions, that the complainant wishes to withdraw his complaint.
In the light of the above submissions, the instant complaint no. 2412 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn. However, unfettered unconditional liberty is provided to the complainant to revive his complaint, if he so wishes, by filing appropriate application within 30 days from today. Learned counsel for the opposite party and AR of the opposite party have no objection to the afore liberty.
The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the complaint and to their learned counsel within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
