Learned Counsel for the parties present.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is working as General Line Teacher in Government High School, Chanpal Chattibandi Bandipora. The Learned Counsel for the applicant has further submitted that the applicant came to be transferred from his present place of posting to Middle School Gujran, Guraz vide Order No. 112-CEOBND of 2023 dated 04.07.2023. The contention of the learned Counsel for the applicant is that 114 teachers were identified for transfer and choice was sought from them by the respondent/ department. However, the applicant was not figuring in the said list, as such, no choice was sought from the applicant. It is further contended by the learned Counsel for the applicant that the respondents have not given any opportunity of being heard and transferred the applicant without considering the rules and regulations framed for transfer policy.
The Learned Counsel for the applicant made a submission that it will be suffice, if the respondents may be directed to treat the instant OA No. 530 of 2023 as representation of the applicant and consider the same in light of the grounds taken therein in a stipulated period.

In view of the limited prayer made by the Learned Counsel for the applicant, the respondents are directed to treat the present OA as representation of the applicant, and consider the same within a period of two weeks from today, in accordance with rules, by a speaking and reasoned order. Till then the applicant shall not be relieved from his present place of posting, if not already relieved.
With this, OA No: 530/2023 is disposed of accordingly.
