Learned Counsel for the parties present.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was transferred vide Order No. ADFCS&CA/BPR/Adm/23/63-A dated 29.04.2023 from Bandipora Granary to PEG Ajas, by an authority who is not competent to transfer the applicant. The learned Counsel for the applicant has fairly submitted that it will be suffice if the respondents are directed to treat O.A as representation of the applicant and considered it within a period of two weeks.
In view of the limited prayer made by the Learned Counsel for the applicant, the respondents are directed to treat the present O.A as representation and consider the claim of the applicant in accordance with rules within a period of two weeks from today by a speaking order.
Till the representation of the applicant is finally disposed of, the applicant shall not be relieved from his present place of posting, if he is not relieved. OA No: 351/2023 is disposed of accordingly.
