Judgment
Heard Mr. Salih Pirzada, learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners are Secretaries working in the High Court. They want Super Time Scale in terms of SRO 386 of 2008 and Rule 5 of the Jammu & Kashmir Administrative Service Rules, 2008.
The petitioners are also claiming benefit/ support from the judgment dated 29.12.2014 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in SWP No.437/2014 which is said to have become final as Letters Patent Appeal as well as the SLP against the same stands dismissed.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, instead of keeping the matter pending on the judicial side, we dispose of the same with liberty to the petitioners to submit their grievance by way of a representation before the Registrar General of the High Court within a period of two weeks from today and in case any grievance is raised by the petitioners regarding grant of Super Time Scale, the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law most expeditiously.
Writ petition stand disposed of accordingly.
