Judgment
Mr. Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, Chairman :-
This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents did not implement the directions issued in OA No. 1657/2020. While dismissing the OA, the respondents were directed to decide the manner in which the period of suspension must be treated. Since no time was stipulated, the applicant filed an MA. Four weeks time was stipulated therein. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order, stipulating the time was, received by the department only on 08.01.2021.
We, therefore, dispose of the Contempt Case directing that a decision as to the manner in which the period of suspension must be treated, shhall be taken within three weeks from today. There shall bee no order as to costs.
