This CP is filed alleging that the respondents did not implement the order dated 26.02.2020 in OA No. 2806/2016.

Today, it is represented that the respondents filed a Writ Petition before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, challenging the order in the OA and that an interim order was passed, staying the operation of the said order.

We, therefore, close the Contempt Case, leaving it open to the parties to work out their remedies, depending upon the outcome of the Writ Petition.
