Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, Chairman:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging that the respondents did not implement the Order dated 19.11.2019 in OA No. 3153/2016. Today it is brought to our notice that the respondents filed a Writ Petition before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and an interim order was also passed staying the operation of the order in the OA.

We, therefore, close the Contempt Petition leaving it open to the parties to work out the remedies, depending upon the outcome of the Writ Petition, pending before the Hon’ble High Court.
