Judgment

Heard the parties.
This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for issuance of appropriate writ commanding upon the respondents to immediately appoint the petitioner as Mutawalli of Handa Masjid, Uppar Bazar, Ranchi.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner in respect of the same, the copy of which has been kept at Annexure-
3 series of this Writ Petition, is pending for consideration before the respondent No.2. Hence, the respondent No.2 be directed to consider the same in accordance with law; by a speaking order within a reasonable time taking into consideration all the documents annexed with the said representation.
Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that the respondent No.2 has no serious objection.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner, the copy of which has been kept at Annexure-3 series of this Writ Petition, in accordance with law by a speaking order within three months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this judgment.
This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
