Counsel for the Respondent has appeared and stated that one application has been filed for setting aside the ex-parte order dated 27.08.2021, the said application was stated to have been filed on September, 2021 but the same has not been listed before this Tribunal and apparently, the same is liable to be set-aside. Therefore, there is no ground to adjourn the matter any more as the same is pending since 2020.
