ORDER
Ld. Counsel for the operational creditor appears. Corporate debtor is already admitted in CIRP vide order dated 21.01.2020. Ex-parte order was passed by the Special Bench. IA(IB) 341/KB/20 is filed by the corporate debtor for setting aside the ex parte order under Rule 49 read with rule 11 of NCLT Rules. Copy of application is served to the original operational creditor. Ld. Counsel seeks time to file reply. It is to be filed within two weeks by giving copy to the other side. Ld. IRP appears. 3rd progress report is filed. He submits that CoC is constituted. However, we direct the IRP not to proceed with the matter till disposal of this application. Matter to appear for further consideration on 26.03.2020.
