Judgment
In the present matter, though, the Ld. Counsel for the respondent stated that the admission order has been challenged before the NCLT and further the matter is like to be settled between the parties i.e. Operational Creditor and Corporate Debtor.
However, Ld. Counsel for the IRP stated that the Respondent No. 1 to 4 are not cooperating. Accordingly, the respondent no. 1 to 4 are directed to appear before the IRP on 16.07.2022 at 3.00 PM in the office of IRP. They should remain present before the IRP to explain and to hand over all the necessary documents so that the CIR proceedings can be proceed further for not only CoC has been stay by the NCLT.
Accordingly, let the application be fixed for arguments on 19.07.2022, matter is pending since 2018.
