Vide order dated 30/01/2023 direction was issued that IRP be present on the next date in Court, failing which appropriate order will be passed including reporting to the IBBI.
In spite of the above directions Mr. Tuhin Kumar Chatterjee, IRP has failed to appear before this Adjudicating Authority today. The Registry is directed to report the matter to the IBBI in regard to non-submission of any progress report since his appointment as IRP in this matter on 21/03/2022.
Issue notice to both, the Operational Creditor and the Corporate Debtor, by speed post for appearance before this Adjudicating Authority positively on the next date, failing which appropriate orders will be passed against them.
