Judgment
ORDER
Two orders have been passed dated 16.02.2024 & 21.05.2024, issuing direction to the RP to conduct the CIRP of the Corporate Debtor in accordance with the provisions of IBC. However, none appears on behalf of RP and it appears no steps have been taken by RP. Under such circumstances Tribunal is constrained to forward the said orders to IBBI for taking appropriate steps w.r.t the said RP. Vide order dated 21.08.2023 the RP was warned for the appearance/dismissal of the present application. As none appears today, Tribunal has no option but to dismiss the present application which is pending since 2020.
Registry is directed to forwarded a copy of this order along with orders dated 16.02.2024 & 21.05.2024 to IBBI.
Accordingly, the present M.A stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
