IA No. 356/2021
Learned counsel for respondent-resolution applicant has filed additional affidavit vide Diary No. 00884/4 dated 02.02.2022 regarding clarification of Information Memorandum filed in IA No 356/2021. The same is taken on record.
The present application has been filed by applicant-Shreeji Cotfab Ltd. against the respondents in IA No. 348/2021 for placing on record Information Memorandum dated 04.11.2020 and Circular dated 27.01.2021 issued by Metropolitan Stock Exchange. The learned counsel for respondent has no objection if the application is allowed and documents are taken on record. IA No. 356/2021 is allowed and accordingly disposed of.

It is stated by Mr. Abhishek Anand, learned counsel for Resolution Professional that IA No. 179/2021, which is fixed for 21.04.2022, may be preponed as the same is about the rejection of claim and has bearing upon the resolution plan. At the request of learned counsel for Resolution Professional, IA No. 179/2021, which is fixed for 21.04.2022, is preponed and be listed tomorrow i.e. 03.02.2022. Learned counsel for Resolution Professional states that he will file the reply in the present application. The same be filed by tomorrow with a copy in advance to the counsel opposite.
