Heard.
Applicant’s counsel submits that the representation dated 28.08.2026 (Annexure A-13) of the applicant has been rejected wherein transfer and posting of only three persons have been considered and accepted by the respondents. The applicant has filed a detailed representation dated 03.08.2026 (Annexure A/12) for considering his case of transfer from EHQ/XHQ, Jabalpur Headquarter to Bhopal Division, which is still pending consideration before the respondent department. The applicant further submits that this Original Application may be disposed of with a direction to the competent authority of the respondents to consider and decide his representation in accordance with law within a time frame.
Ms. Surbhi Nigam, learned counsel appearing on advance copy for the respondents has no objection if this Original Application is disposed of in the above terms.
Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, we direct the competent authority of the respondents to consider and decide the applicant’s representation dated 03.08.2026 (Annexure A/12) by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is directed that status-quo be maintained till such time the representation is decided.
With these observations, this Original Application is disposed of at the admission stage itself. No costs.
