Shri Harsh Kaushal, learned counsel for applicant is present.

Since Shri Hare Ram Singh, ld. ASC, on receipt of advance copy of O.A. has appeared for the opposite parties and accepted notice hence issuance of notice is waived of.

None for the private Opposite party.

Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

Instant OA has been filed by the applicant against the order of his transfer dated 13.08.2026. Learned counsel for applicant at the very outset has submitted that against the transfer order dated 13.08.2026 applicant has submitted his representation dated 16.08.2026 in the department which is still pending and much time has been passed. He further submitted that applicant is in the hope that if his representation is considered in accordance with Rule/Law, the grievance of the applicant shall be redressed. Therefore, he prayed that Opposite party/competent authority may be directed to decide the representation of the applicant within stipulated time bond manner and in accordance with Rule/law.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties has not raised any objection.

Considering the submission of counsel for applicant, the O.A. is disposed of at admission state itself with direction to Opposite party No. 3 to consider and decide the pending representation of the applicant dated 16.08.2026 (if not decided yet) strictly in accordance with Rule/law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 330 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
