Judgment

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
Pursuant to order dt.28.10.2025, Shri Jogendranath Biswal, ARCS, Kendrapara Circle appeared in person and files an affidavit in Court with service of copy on the learned counsel appearing for the parties in all the cases.
Though it is contended by the Officer who is present in Court that he was not in the helm of affairs when the interim order was passed on 04.10.2023 and 22.20.2023, but learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in W.P.(C ) NO.29719 of 2023 contended that Shri Jogendranath Biswal was the Administrator of both the Society by the time such an interim order was passed by this Court.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in W.P.(C) No.29713 of 2023, this Court directs Shri Jogendranath Biswal, ARCS, Kendrapara Circle to file an affidavit that he was not in charge of the Administrator of the Society on the date interim order was passed by this Court in those 2 (two) Writ Petitions on 04.10.2023 and 09.10.2023.
On the request made by Mr. Jogendranath Biswal, ARCS, Kendrapara Circle, list this matter tomorrow (13.11.2025).
Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date in all the cases.
