Judgment
Arindam Sinha, J
Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party nos.2 and 5 (OSRTC). He submits, petitioner obtained conditional interim order. Condition for deposit of Rs.8 Lakhs has not been fulfilled. He prays for two weeks for his client to file counter.
Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.
Mr. Lenka, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, Rs.2,10,000/- has been deposited. His client made another I.A. no.2059 of 2022, for extension of time to put in balance deposit.
Applicant has till 9th March, 2022, to make good condition for interim order. Said interim order will continue up to 9th March, 2022. Failing balance deposit, the order will stand vacated and petitioner at liberty to withdraw the amount deposited. In event balance deposit is made, the interim order will continue till disposal of the writ petition.
Opposite parties may file counter by 7th March, 2022. Petitioner may file rejoinder by 14th March, 2022.
