Judgment
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
Mr.P.Panda, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents No.1 and 2 has submitted that the appellants have complied the order dated 08.02.2023 passed in W.P. (C) No.2072 of 2023 against which this intra court appeal has been filed. Direction of the learned Single Judge vide the order dated 08.02.2023 was to consider the representation of the writ petitioner in the light of the case of Nirmal Chandra Moharana.
Mr. Panda, learned counsel has further apprised that challenging the said order dated 01.06.2023 as passed by the Principal Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department, Bhubaneswar, the writ petition being W.P. (C) No.23155 of 2023 has been instituted by the said respondents.
Notice had been issued in the writ petition on 27. 07.2023 and a copy of which has been produced before us.
Both the learned counsel are on consensus that, in view of the said development, the writ petition has become infructuous, and as such, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
Copies of the orders, as produced before us, are taken on record.
Interlocutory Applications, if any, pending is/are disposed of.
