Learned Counsel for both the parties are present.

Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicants have participated in the selection process, advertised by the respondents vide notification dated 25.06.2013, for the posts of Class IV. The selection process has been completed as is evident from the letter issued by the Administrative Department, addressed to the Director, Horticulture, Kashmir, instructing the concerned Officer to proceed ahead with the selection process as per norms and rules. The learned Counsel for the applicants has further submitted that still the final decision has not been taken by the respondents despite of the clear directions issued vide communication dated 22. 06. 2023.

Learned Counsel for the applicants has submitted that it will suffice, if the respondents are directed to complete the selection process, within a stipulated period.

Mr. Mubashir Majid Malik, Dy. AG, appeared for respondents.

Heard and considered the material available on record.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned Counsel for the applicants, OA is disposed of at the admission stage, with a direction to the respondents to complete the selection process of the applicants under rules and issue appointment orders, within a period of two months from today.

With this, OA No: 115/2024 is disposed of accordingly.
