O R D E R
Heard both of them.
M.A. No. 321 of 2022 filed by the applicants to jointly submit this O.A. is allowed.
Mr. Hamdani submits that in pursuance to advertisement notification dated 14.09.2009 for selection for Class-IV posts, the applicants applied, however, the selection process has not yet been completed. Therefore, the applicants submitted a representation on 13.10.2021 which also has not yet been replied to. Therefore, he seeks a direction to the respondents to decide the pending representation of the applicants along with a copy of this O.A. as additional representation.
Mr. Rajesh Thapa, D.A.G. has no objection, if such a direction is issued to the respondents.
On considering the above submissions of the counsels for the parties, this O.A. is disposed of at admission stage, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, directing the respondents to consider the pending representation of the applicants dated 13.10.2021 along with a copy of this O.A. as additional representation , as per provisions of relevant applicable rules and binding instructions on the subject and decide it with a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and within one week thereafter to communicate it to the applicants. No costs.
