Judgment
The applicant's wife was employed as Safai Karamchari with the Respondents. She expired on 05.04.2018. It is the contention of the applicant that being the legal heir he is entitled for retirement benefits, but these have not been paid to him. The applicant gave a representation to the respondents on 22.02.2021, which has not yet been decided.

Without entering into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the applicant’s representation dated 22.02.2021 within six weeks from receipt of a certified copy of this order. OA is disposed of accordingly. No orders as to costs.
