Judgment
The applicant was employed as Safai Karamchari with the respondents. He received notice dated 09.01.2020 intimating that since he was to superannuate on reaching the age of retirement on 30.06.2020, he should submit all the necessary papers regarding pension.
It is the contention of the applicant that he has submitted all the necessary papers and also submitted a representation on 06.01.2021, the respondents have neither released his pension nor passed any orders on his representation.
Issue notice. Shri R K Jain, learned counsel appears for respondents on advance notice and receives the same.
The respondents are directed to pass a speaking order as per rules and law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. With these directions, this OA is disposed of. It is clarified at this stage that this Court is not entering into the merits of the case. No orders as to costs.
