At the very outset, Sh. K.K. Thakur, learned counsel for the respondents stated that pursuant to order dated 03.03.2020 passed by this Tribunal in Original Application No. 060/60/2019, a sum of Rs.971138/- has already been credited in the petitioner's bank account towards interest for the delayed payment of G.P.F.

The fact as stated by Sh. Thakur has not been disputed by Sh. P.M. Kansal, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present Contempt Petition and the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

Rule of the Court is discharged.
