On 29.10.2021, in Com. App. (AT) Ins. No. 660 of 2021 Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 3 was directed to file Reply-Affidavit and Status Report in sealed cover. This order has not been complied with by the Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 3. Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 3 in Com. App. (AT) Ins. No. 660 of 2021 is directed to comply the earlier order and file the same within one week after Christmas Holidays.
Rejoinder to Reply filed by Respondent No. 1 has been filed which is taken on record in both these Appeals.
On earlier date i.e. 29.10.2021, Mr. Subir Kumar, Advocate appeared and proposed to file Intervention Application. Today he is not present and no I.A. application has been filed.
The Regular Bench comprising Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anant Bijay Singh, Member Judicial and Hon'ble Ms. Shreesha Merla, Member Technical is not available as the Hon'ble Member Technical is on leave.
Mr. Abhinav Vashist, Sr. Advocate informs this Court that similar matter bearing Company Appeal (AT) (Ins.) No. 896/2021, 980/2021 and 1045/2021 were heard by the Hon'ble Chairperson's Court and reserved the Judgment.
In view of the above, let the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Chairperson for passing appropriate direction and for listing both these Appeals before appropriate Bench.
